This Privacy Policy explains how Ayios (“Ayios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes data when operating on Discord, Roblox, and any other platforms or services Ayios may integrate with now or in the future.

By using Ayios, you acknowledge that data may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ayios.

1. Data Ayios Processes

Ayios processes data necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve its services consistent with this Privacy Policy.

This may include:

  • Identifiers provided by the platforms Ayios operates on (such as user IDs, Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, Roblox user IDs, and similar identifiers)
  • Interaction and usage data
  • Configuration and preference data set by Discord servers using Ayios
  • Moderation and enforcement information where applicable

Ayios does not intentionally collect unrelated personal information.

2. Message and Content Processing

Ayios processes messages and other content as part of its normal operation, including responding to interactions, providing moderation and automation functionality, maintaining service integrity, and supporting Ayios features generally.

Ayios does not store message content by default. Content may be stored where necessary for legitimate operational purposes, such as moderation actions, reporting systems, auditing, abuse prevention, or other Ayios functionality.

Where content is stored, it is minimized, access-restricted, and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary.

Note: Some records may exist within Discord itself (for example, logs or transcripts posted in Discord channels). Ayios does not claim ownership over content stored on third-party platforms.

3. Automated Systems and Machine Learning (Inference-Only)

Ayios may use automated systems, including machine learning–based tools, to analyze content for moderation, safety, and operational purposes. These systems are used solely to process content in real time or near-real time in order to produce moderation, safety, or operational outcomes.

Ayios does not use message content obtained through Discord to train, fine-tune, improve, or develop machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

4. Roblox Data

When Ayios integrates with Roblox, it may process and store Roblox-related data necessary to provide functionality.

This may include:

  • Roblox user identifiers
  • Roblox usernames
  • Historical Roblox usernames associated with an account

Such data may be retained, including on a long-term basis, to support account identification, search functionality, abuse prevention, and service integrity.

5. Storage, Retention, and Security

Ayios retains data only for as long as reasonably necessary to support operational, moderation, security, or legal purposes. Retention periods vary based on data type, context, and usage.

Some data may be retained longer to prevent abuse, fraud, or repeated violations.

Ayios implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data and restrict access to authorized parties.

6. Third-Party Services

Ayios uses third-party service providers to support infrastructure, storage, analytics, and related operational needs. These providers are authorized to process data only on Ayios’s behalf and under Ayios’s instructions, and are subject to contractual and technical safeguards.

Ayios does not sell personal data.

7. Data Rights and Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal data associated with their use of Ayios. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be limited by legal obligations, abuse prevention requirements, or the integrity of moderation and enforcement records.

Where Discord API Data is involved, Ayios will handle retention and deletion consistent with Discord’s Developer Terms, applicable law, and legitimate operational needs (including abuse prevention and enforcement record integrity).

8. What Ayios Does Not Do

Ayios does not:

  • Sell personal data
  • Continuously store message content without purpose
  • Claim ownership over content stored on third-party platforms
  • Share sensitive moderation or enforcement data with third parties for unrelated purposes
  • Use Discord message content to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models

9. Changes to This Policy

Ayios may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Ayios after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
